I have trained as a coach with the Coaching Academy and facilitator of Mindfulness with the Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches (IMA).

Based in London, I have over 20 years’ experience coaching individuals in the private, public and voluntary sector right through from front-line staff to executive level, particularly those experiencing transitions or wanting to make more informed decisions about their own or their organisations direction.

I have worked with over 100 organisations to clarify vision and to support change management. Prior to running my own practice, I held senior leadership positions in education, regeneration, children’s services and housing. I bring these experiences to my coaching approach.

My practice is guided by over 30 years research in the fields of neuroscience, psychology and physical medicine which has demonstrated that mindfulness training can have life-changing benefits for health, well-being, balance and stress reduction.

My approach is warm, compassionate and pragmatic and my skill is in listening to you and enabling you to tap into your strengths as an individual. I do this by working with you in a collaborative way that supports you in making the decisions you need to make and providing you with a range of tools to help you on your journey. I believe that small life changes can have a big positive impact.
